Right now! It's a false concept to think that there are better times than others.
How to generate my first resume?
First you need to create an account and log in. Then, fill out your work experience, education, spoken languages, and other relevant information about you. As each job application will have its own custom resume, you will need to create a new job application, and select the relevant information you want to use to build it. You may then display your freshly created resume.
Does UpMyCV.com help me generate cover letters?
This is a feature a lot of people has request, and we are currently working on it. We will make an announcement to all of our users when its released.
Does UpMyCV.com check the relevance of my resume for a job description?
Not yet, but we are making great progress with some new and exciting AI technologies. But sssh! it's a secret for now!
Is UpMyCV free to use?
We want to make sure everyone gets access to a powerful and easy-to-use tool so they can leverage their work experience to the fullest. Because of that, we pledge to always have a free version of UpMyCV.com. Our premium package allows you to even further tailor your resume and increase you chances of being called in for an interview.
What happens to my data? Is it safe?
All of your data is stored in Germany. It is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - mandated by the EU) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DPA - mandated by Switzerland) and will not be sold or traded in any way, shape, or form without your concent. Your data remains your property. In case you terminate your account, all your data will be deleted in a matter of 30 days
